On June 14th I am teaching a one day workshop called Flowing Presence: An Introduction to Esalen Massage
10am-6pm San Anselmo, CA
Join me for a day of exploring the foundations of Esalen Massage®. Known for its long flowing integrative strokes, Esalen Massage® is an art of touch based in presence. In this workshop participants will have the experience of giving and receiving the long stroke, which nurtures the body and gives the receiver a sense of their integrated whole. We will explore how to ground, give from a resourced center and listen through an embodied sensing through our hands. There is space for 10 participants. $80
